iClean Warranty

iClean fabrics are warranted for three (3) years for specific stains. Standard one (1) year fabric warranty for nap loss, seam failure and fabric separation applies. Labor: One (1) Year. Warranty is void if fabric treatment is applied.

Covered

Covered stains include:

• Beer

• Chocolate Syrup

• Coffee

• Washable Magic Marker

• Dirt

• Ice Cream

• Jelly

• Juices

• Ketchup

• Milk

• Salsa

• Soda

• Tea

• Urine

• Wine

Not Covered

Stains that are not covered include but are not limited to:

• Oil-based products (such as salad dressing and lotion)

• Wax-based products (such as candle wax and crayons)

• Ink marks

• Mustard

IMPORTANT: The customer is responsible for cleaning as outlined in the iClean Recommended Cleaning Methods.
